PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Highly efficient modern intumescent impregnant and preservative. Provides fire protection and preservative treatment under the conditions of prolonged contact with soil and direct influence of the weather. Turns wood into hardly flammable and hardly combustible material, provides group 1 of fire protection efficiency according to GOST R 53292-2009.
KEY BENIFITS:
- Provides group 1 of fire protection efficiency (coverage of 150 g/m2).
- Under the conditions of the prolonged contact with moisture and direct influence of the weather provides group 1 of fire protection efficiency for at least one year; after one year retains group 2 of fire protection efficiency for at least one more year.
- Imparts red color to the wood for quality control.
- Retains fire-resistant properties for up to 7 years.
- Retains preservative properties for up to 10 years.
TYPICAL USE: Use for protection of scaffolding and wooden structures under the conditions of direct influence of the weather that are not intended for subsequent decorative treatment.
HOW IT WORKS: When exposed to high temperatures, the formation of foam coking layer prevents the spread of fire and facilitates its localization.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- application should not start or should stop if the ambient temperature and treated surface temperature is below +5°C;
