PURPOSE:
Provides fire resistance to structural steel, industrial and civil facilities. Suitable for interior use in non-aggressive atmosphere and exterior use in areas where there is no direct water contact.
Provides fire resistance for 45, 60, 90 min (groups 2, 3, 4 of fire protection efficiency)according to the Federal Law No. 123- FZ of 22.07.2008 “Technical regulations for fire safety requirements” and GOST R 53295-2009.09.
PROPERTIES:
- Durability for up to 25 years if overcoated with a topcoat, such as enamel PF-115 or other similar film-forming products.
- Cost-effective.
- Quick drying.
TYPICAL USE: Steel structures. Suitable for interior use in non-aggressive atmosphere and exterior use in areas where there is no direct water contact.
HOW IT WORKS: When exposed to fire, the coating expands 50-60 times the original thickness and creates an insulation barrier, protecting the painted surfaces from the effects of high temperatures and controlling the spread of fire.
COMPOSITION: Water dispersion coating composition based on synthetic copolymers, special additives and auxiliary substances.
