PURPOSE:
The intumescent paint provides fire resistance to structural steel, industrial and civil facilities. Suitable for interior use in non-aggressive atmosphere and exterior use in areas where there is no direct water contact. The paint can be applied at sub-zero temperatures as low as -25°C.
PROPERTIES:
- Provides fire resistance for 45, 60, 90, 120 min according to the Federal Law of 22.07.2008 No. 123-FZ on “Technical Regulation on Fire Safety”, GOST R 53295-2009 and GOST 30247.
- Durability for up to 10 years without a topcoat and for up 25 years if overcoated with a topcoat.
TYPICAL USE: Steel structures, industrial and civil facilities.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- application should not start or should stop if the ambient temperature and treated surface temperature is below -25°C, or when the relative humidity exceeds 80%.
COMPOSITION: Suspension of fillers, pigments and fire retardants based on synthetic polymers, targeted additives and auxiliary substances.
